What is Publoft?

PubLoft is a platform that connects top freelance writers to customers who need their blog managed. We find top freelance talent across the globe, treat them really well, and put them to work for our customers. The goal is to be where all freelancers work in a decade.

What makes Publoft different from Upwork or Fiverr?

First off, we’re amazing to our freelancers. Zestful is just one of the many perks we offer our freelancers, and we also pay better than most freelance marketplaces. In our last pay day, the average pay per post was $180. Additionally, we are a freelancer first platform, meaning we know that if we take car of our freelancers, they will take care of our customers. I can’t say the same for other platforms.

What’s the future look like for Publoft?

We want to be the place where all freelancers work in a decade. All of them. And it starts with making freelancers feel valued, which is why we are thrilled to be using Zestful for our workforce 🙂

Why is company culture important to you and Publoft?

There are so many platforms that don’t offer their freelancers’ benefits and perks. If the future of work is going to be freelance-first, the future of work needs to work for freelancers. In our opinion, this means giving awesome perks to our freelancers so they stick around for the long haul. They will stick around not for the perks, but what the perks represent…That we care about our freelancers.

What was it about Zestful that made you think it was the right perk solution for your company?

I haven’t seen anything quite like Zestful, so I had to try it out. So far, it’s working out really well for our freelancers. We haven't seen a better way to give such a large set of products, without the hassle of the reimbursement process.

If you had to pick one, what would be your favorite feature?

How easy it is to give a new employee or freelancer a card. I send them a link and that’s it! Their cards are sent directly to them to activate on their own when they arrive. No coordination or additional management for me.
